At Lavyara, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
• Customized or altered products.
• Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Product photos
• Package photos

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Exchange

Exchanges are subject to product availability and applicable return conditions.
